autoconf-dickey software package provides automatic configure script builder (Thomas Dickey's version), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install autoconf-dickey
autoconf-dickey is installed in your system.
Make ensure the autoconf-dickey package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep autoconf-dickey *
You will get with autoconf-dickey package name, version, architecture and description in a table
